Good price but buggy
Strengths: Price
Weakness: frequently stops recording with Windows 7 Media center and a cisco 1520 TA.
Trying to run a Windows 7 media center PVR based on this cablecard tuner is a bit like gambling. Sometimes you have a good success streak, and then you run into a streak where it fails, typically with a Windows 7 reported error of " recording stopped for use by another component". That requires you to yank and insert the usb connections to both the 2650 and the TA. If my rebate comes...
