Technical challenges and poor support
Strengths: Lightweight, aesthetic
Weakness: Installation problems, online and live support, and included software
I bought the predecessor to this; as a technical guy, I found the installation and setup of this device cumbersome and the support info lacking. Installation: Tequires a savvy technical person perhaps two hours to get installed and start using. There are a lot of finicky recognition problems with XP.
